Delete your SquareDrop account

You can delete your SquareDrop account yourself at any time, in the app or on the web.

In the SquareDrop app

1. Open SquareDrop and go to Profile.
2. Tap Your Data & Account Deletion.
3. Enter your password and tap Delete my account.

On the web, without the app

1. Sign in at app.squaredropga.com.
2. Go to Profile, then Your Data & Account Deletion.
3. Enter your password and choose Delete my account.

If you cannot sign in

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm it is your account before we do.

What is deleted

Deletion takes effect right away, but not while an order is in progress. Your name, email address, phone number, password, saved addresses, saved cards, favorites and the text of your ratings are deleted. Delivery proof for your orders is kept for 120 days, the time a card payment can still be disputed, and then deleted. Section 5 of our Privacy Policy lists everything that is deleted and the anonymous records that remain.
